The Challenge

Bolt Farm Treehouse had built one of the most recognised luxury retreat brands in the United States, entirely on the strength of their guest experience, authentic storytelling, and organic social presence. But their website was lagging behind. As the business scaled and their tech stack grew more complex, the site had accumulated outdated scripts, conflicting integrations, and a backend structure that couldn't support their ambitions.

They needed more than a visual refresh. The challenge was architectural: clean up a cluttered backend, implement a membership and user portal system, integrate their booking engine directly with their CRM, set up conversion tracking, overhaul the UI/UX for mobile-first performance, and fix all technical SEO issues, all without disrupting a business running at near-full occupancy. And they needed it done fast.

The Solution

RSA took on the full scope, design, development, and deep technical integration, delivering a complete overhaul of the Bolt Farm Treehouse website from mid-March to launch on 10 April 2025. The project was intensive, complex, and completed in under six weeks.

What we delivered:

Full UI/UX Redesign

RSA redesigned the entire site, same brand identity and colour palette, entirely elevated execution. Every page was rebuilt with mobile-first performance, improved conversion rate optimisation elements, and a visual standard worthy of Bolt Farm's luxury positioning. 20+ pages delivered with pixel-perfect precision.

Webflow Development

Every page was built to exact Figma specifications, from complex layout structures to precise typography, spacing, and responsive behaviour across all breakpoints. Boltfarm Treehouse brand came through consistently at every level.

Memberstack User Portal

We implemented Memberstack for user authentication and membership management, configuring secure login portals, access levels, and permissions, and connecting membership triggers directly to the booking engine.

HubSpot, Skipper & VWO Integrations

The most complex layer of the project. We built a direct integration between Skipper (their booking engine) and HubSpot, mapping DOM data for checkout tracking and ensuring real-time syncing of reservations and customer interactions. We connected Memberstack to HubSpot via Zapier for automated member workflows, implemented VWO for click tracking and session recordings, and ensured all web traffic data reported accurately across HubSpot, VWO, and GA4.

SEO Overhaul

We conducted a full technical SEO audit, resolved all issues affecting site rankings, optimised metadata and schema markup, improved page speed and image optimisation, and implemented Google Search Console tracking for ongoing performance visibility.

Backend Script Cleanup & Validation

We audited and removed all outdated, redundant, and conflicting scripts accumulated across the site's history. Every remaining script was validated for compatibility with the updated tech stack, and new scripts were implemented cleanly to support the new architecture.
