Role Description

We’re seeking a full-time, remote Webflow Developer to join RSA Creative Studio. In this role, you’ll design and develop custom websites that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional, ensuring top-tier performance and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop Webflow websites based on Figma designs, translating concepts into fully functional sites.
• Participate in all stages of the Webflow development process, from initial concept through to launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring a seamless and smooth user experience.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements for Webflow websites.
• Continuously learn and bring new ideas, techniques, and innovations to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Webflow and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to build clean and efficient websites.
• Experience with animations and interactions, including GSAP, 3D, and custom Webflow animations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for implementing advanced features within Webflow projects.
